David H. Wolf , DDS
Dr. David Wolf is an Evansville, Indiana native, where he graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1979. Dr. David Wolf then attended the University of Southern Indiana and graduated in 1983. Dr. Wolf received his dental degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1987.
Dr. David Wolf has a long list of professional memberships, which include: American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society (President 2001), Founder and President of the Indianapolis Dental Society Charitable Foundation, Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow and past President of the American College of Dentistry (only 3% of all dentists are chosen based on leadership and community service), International Association for Orthodontics, as well as the Indiana University Alumni Association.
Amanda F. Miller, DDS
Dr. Amanda Miller grew up in Ellettsville, Indiana and graduated as valedictorian from Edgewood
High School in 2004. Dr. Miller then attended Marian University where she played basketball for four years and graduated in 2008. She received her dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2012, where she graduated with highest distinction.
Dr. Amanda Miller is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society, and the International Association for Orthodontics. She also participates in the DDS Donated Dental Services program, providing care to disabled and medically compromised patients. While in school, Dr. Miller helped start the IU School of Dentistry Student Outreach Clinic and currently serves there as a volunteer.
